| Taken whilst on leave at home in Grafton Northern NSW It always amazes us as to how all the nation comes together on April the 25th each year. It is such a wonderful day to remember those brave men & women who fought so hard & sacrificed everything so we all could have the wonderful opportunities today in this great country of ours. Our Father was one of those men who served in the Middle East, Cyprus & New Guinea. He spent 740 days serving within Australia & 866 days overseas. He came home very battle weary & in ill health but earned the respect he so very well deserved & as a family we feel very proud to have called him our dad..... |
