This has to be one of my all time favourite photo's taken of my father in Casino Nth. NSW in 1940. He was aged 19 & saying goodbye to his family & getting ready for deployment to the Middle East. He spent 866 days fighting for Australia including the Syria, Cyprus & New Guinea before returning home safe but very Battle weary.....
