With all the Social Media out there now we tend to run out of time to update & let people know how things are going. It has been a very busy start to the year & we are always on the lookout for original product which is getting harder & harder to find due to it's increasing popularity both here & in the USA. Here at Picket Fence Imports the days & seasons just seem to blend into each other. With Daylight Saving now finished our Summer days are closing in & Winter is looming. We are still trying to wade through our February Fair orders so any of you out there still waiting please be patient as the stock is on its way. 

We are continually sourcing Crates, Mason Jars & unique products for you all. Coming shortly are some exciting things from the USA to showcase at August Trade Fair in Melbourne.

Post Fair Update…..

We recently had our Trade Fair at Sydney Olympic Park. This Fair we showcased new Vintage stock from the USA & was received exceptionally well. Due to the vast amounts of orders taken we are working 7 days a week to try & despatch as quickly as we can. Please be patient as every piece has to be individually washed & lovingly restored before we can ship to you! At Picket Fence Imports our customers always come first & we pride ourselves on going that 'extra mile' for you! We hope you love your goodies when they arrive! x

At Picket Fence Imports we are continually sourcing collectable, original & unique Vintage products from the USA. All our items come from private collectors & dis- used factories & arrive to us in their all original condition with usually 80+ years of grime & dirt. Whilst we are forever getting asked ''Are these real" & 'What do you do with those", the image of our E.Schwenke Quarts from The Hamptons says it all!

We have to wash every Bottle individually & as for the Bobbins, wash wax & buff to get that aged patina look that everyone loves! It is a very time consuming process but something unique to us & not out of a factory in China. We hope you all love our items as much as we do…….every piece certainly has a story! x

Home & Giving Fair 2014 - Stand HP8

Well, it's that time of the year again & we are gearing up for the February Home & Giving Fair at Sydney Olympic Park. We are at Stand HP8 so please pop by & say hi. 

This fair we have loads of new products as we have just taken delivery of a 40ft container.

There are Milk Bottles, Soda Bottles, Crates, Mason Jars, Bobbins & lots of interesting things which have been sourced by our pickers across the USA. You won't find this unique original product anywhere else. Be quick as some stock is limited & won't last. See you there! x

Post Fair Wash Up....

Wow, another Melbourne Show in August this year proved to be highly successful in a very volatile, sluggish Retail Market. We went into the Fair with extreme caution but were pleasantly surprised to have such an overwhelming response to our product! Who said Vintage is out of favour ?????

Also, this Fair we took a larger stand which had such a huge impact on our customers & gave extra room for product display & enabled our retailers to browse with ease. We even won Best Medium Stand Runner Up which was a huge buzz & we are always thankful to the AGHA & AUSVM for their continuing support.

Lots of exciting things are in the pipeline, our very tired Website is having a huge re-vamp in anticipation of all the new product arriving in the near future. Stay tuned! Updates will be posted regularly on our Facebook Page so please 'Like' us! xx
